This is a category best avoided entirely.
Individuals designated as Blocked have undergone severe scrutiny, with incidents meriting a police report. While specific details are not disclosed to maintain privacy, the classification serves as a decisive label for those who pose a serious threat.

Is the service only available in the UK, UAE and Switzerland? What if I travel abroad or I am a foreign tourist from the US or Australia visiting London, Zurich or Dubai can I still use the service?
The service is open to everyone, regardless of their residency or travel status. To use our service, you must:

How much information am I required to provide?
Only as much as you are comfortable in giving us but you must take into consideration that in the case of an emergency the more we have to work with the more likely we are able to assist you but at NTC6 our policy is that "you are always in full control" and we follow your wishes and protocol as you instruct us.

What if I need to cancel or make a change for a date/meeting or my trip abroad?
We kindly request that you let us know as soon as possible if you have cancelled/ wish to make changes for your meeting or trip so that we do not charge you for a safe check.
If you fail to let us know beforehand and we contact you at the time of the pre scheduled check-in and you have failed to let us know the meeting or your trip was cancelled or changed than a charge will still apply.
In the case of a " No Show" or having missed your flight or train we will not charge you.

What if I extend time of my date/ meeting or change time of departure?
Please let us know as soon as possible or when we do the second check in with you that you wish to extend your stay but you will be required to give us your safe code so that we are aware that you are not under any duress or danger.
There is no extra charge to extend time and you will receive a complimentary check in again at your rescheduled departure time as long as it is still within our " operating hours"

How much notice is required to make a booking for a safe check?
It is highly recommended that you give us at least 24hrs notice beforehand and please keep in mind that Fridays and Saturdays are the busiest so advance booking is essential.
Without advance booking we cannot guarantee you a time slot and it all depends on how many advance bookings we already have scheduled.
If you are certain that you will be going out for a date/ meeting on a specific day but you don't know the time as of yet then we do suggest that you book for the day in advance with us so that you are on our PRIORITY LIST FOR THAT DAY and we can then secure you a time slot with a minimum two hour notice.
