NTC6 does not dispatch emergency services and lacks the capacity to do so. 

If a client service user is in immediate danger and needs emergency assistance, they should call the emergency number of their location first and always no exceptions!

UK : 999

UAE: Police 999 / Ambulance 998

Switzerland : 112 Emergency / Police 117

 Contacting emergency services on behalf of a service user is a last resort.


In all other instances, such as receiving no response during a safety check, NTC6 will first follow our Internal Response Protocol. Subsequently, we will follow YOUR personal safety protocol as instructed by YOU and if all else fails then we will call emergency services.

The more information we have, the better we can assist you. For example, if you go missing without providing your real name, nationality, age, and without an accurate physical description or photo image of yourself our ability to help you is severely limited. You are in control of how much you wish to divulge at all times
