NTC6 Safety Service F.A.Q

Is the service only available in the UK, UAE and Switzerland? What if I travel abroad or I am a foreign tourist from the US or Australia visiting London, Zurich or Dubai can I still use the service?

The service is open to everyone, regardless of their residency or travel status. To use our service, you must:

Be a registered client at NTC6.com with an active account in credit.
Comply with our requirements: be over 18, speak basic English, have a fully active mobile number to receive outside international calls directly, and have either a British or Swiss SIM card while traveling. (Note: An exception is made for visiting and living in the UAE.)

While most of your travel or dates should predominantly occur in the UK, Dubai, or Switzerland, with one of these locations being a frequently used base, either for work or travel.

For clients who become more established, safe checks for other locations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa can be arranged."

How is your service different from the many safety apps available to download?

We are a private and a personal one on one service where there is no AI involved or impersonal chat bots, nor do we make use of ever-changing call centre staff and receptionists like many other similar services. We are not an APP on your phone.

At NTC6 you will have one point of contact and know that person is the same person who will be there to do all the safe checks with you and accordingly will also follow through with your protocol instructions in the case of an emergency that is not IMMEDIATELY life threatening.

In cases of a life threatening emergency you should immediately call emergency of your respective location 999 or 112 in EU.

We work only with a limited number of clients per day, so you are never just a reference number at NTC6 but a person. There are many good mobile safety apps that can be used in conjunction with our service, but we have no association with any such services.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, bank transfer and Bitcoin.

How much does the service cost ?

NO UPFRONT PAYMENT

The service starts as a package of 6 safe checks on a pay as you go basis at a rate of £ 36 GBP, CHF 42, € 42, and AED 168

The 6 safe check credits of the package are valid for 30 days from the date of request.

An invoice for payment will be sent to your email after 30 days from the date of package request and payment is only required for the credits that were used!

A new package cannot be requested until the payment of any outstanding amount owed.

Is the service only for women?

At NTC6.com, we do not discriminate, and anyone who is over the age of 18 , is most welcome to use our services.

Our target market for marketing purposes is for women and NTC6 is also fully owned, managed and operated by a woman.

What are the requirements to use NTC6 Safety Service?

The following are non negotiable requirements to use NTC6 Safety Service.

1. You must be over the age of 18 years.

2. A valid email address on which to register as a client and also receive all payment invoices.

3. A fully visible,viable and active UK or Swiss mobile number The only exception is for those using the service while in Dubai you may then use your own country's number if you choose.

4. Your mobile number must be fully active and viable for you to receive calls directly from an international number and not only voice calls via messaging apps!

4. You can speak English to at least a basic level to communicate with us at NTC6. All safety checks are done strictly in English ONLY.

Should I call NTC6 in an emergency situation?

NO!!!!!

In a life threatening situation where every second counts IMMEDIATELY call the emergency number of the country you are located in!

Besides safe checks are there any other benefits to using NTC6 service?

Absolutely! Besides safe checks, there are additional benefits to using the NTC6 service.
One major advantage is the ability to check a number before accepting a date. We will verify in our system if the person has been blocked or has received any serious complaints.

Initially this service will be limited as we are still a young venture and we will only be using data that we source from within our own network therefore it is very important that you still practice strict measures of safety precautions before meeting with anyone.

Everyone who uses our service is encouraged to provide feedback after each date. While this is not compulsory and is entirely up to the individual's choice, feedback is an invaluable tool for the entire network using NTC6. It helps maintain a safe and respectful environment.

If something goes wrong on a date but is not serious enough to involve the police, you can still report the incident to NTC6. The individual will be added to our blocked list, and a cautionary note will be provided to others who might encounter them in the future.

We strongly encourage reporting all serious incidents to the police. However, for cases of rude or disrespectful behaviour, our blocked list serves as an effective measure to protect everyone in the network.

Operating Hours: 3pm to 3am, Monday to Saturday, GST (Dubai)

Operating Hours: 11 am to 11 pm , Monday to Thursday, CET (Zurich)
11am-3am, Friday to Saturday, CET (Zurich)
Sunday closed

Note: If you stay out later or have an overnight stay with your date, your safe check-in will be the following day at:

11am in UK (GMT)
11am in Switzerland (CET)
11am in Dubai (GST)

Alternatively, you can schedule the safe check-in for 6pm local time on the next day, depending on your location.

How much information am I required to provide?

Your mobile number must be fully visible and be active for us to call you directly especially in the case of no response we will endeavour to make contact with you by alternative methods.

You must have either a UK mobile number/or a Swiss mobile number the only exception is if you are using the service in the UAE then you may use your home country mobile number.

You are required to have an active email to register as a client because as we do not keep any client data on the backend of our website we therefore don't do client onboarding of services via the website itself. All information passes through Proton Mail which is based in Switzerland and uses advanced encryption to keep your data safe.

The more information we have, the better we can assist you. For example, if you go missing without providing your real name, nationality, age, and without an accurate physical description or photo image of yourself our ability to help you is severely limited.

What if I need to cancel or make a change for a date/meeting, my trip abroad or cancel my Uber / taxi ride?

We kindly request that you let us know as soon as possible if you have cancelled the date, meeting, tour, or Uber ride and wish to make changes for your meeting or trip.

You will not be charged but if you fail to let us know beforehand and we contact you at the time of the pre scheduled check-in then a charge will still apply.

We ask you to be kindly considerate of our time just as you would naturally require that others be respectful of yours.

What if I extend time of my date/ meeting or change time of departure?

Please let us know as soon as possible but you will be required to give us your safe code so that we are aware that you are not under any duress or danger.

There is no extra charge to extend time and you will receive a complimentary check in again at your rescheduled departure time as long as it is still within our " operating hours" otherwise the safe check will be 11am the next morning.

If you stay out later or do an overnight stay with your date then your safe check is done the following day at 11AM in UK GMT and 11am Switzerland CET and also at 11 AM in Dubai GST. Alternatively you can also schedule the safe check in for 6pm your local time on the next day.

How much notice is required to make a booking for a safe check?

It is highly recommended that you give us at least 24hrs notice beforehand and please keep in mind that Fridays and Saturdays are the busiest so advance booking is essential. We recommend by a week in advance.

Without advance booking we cannot guarantee you a time slot for the day you require as we work with a limited number of clients per day. So booking is essential.

If you are certain that you will be going out for a date/ meeting/ tour or using taxi or ride hailing apps on a specific day but you don't know the time as of yet then we do suggest that you book for the day in advance with us so that you are on our PRIORITY LIST FOR THAT DAY for all your safe checks.

Does NTC6 do safe checks for domestic violence situations?

NTC6 is neither qualified nor legally accredited to handle domestic violence situations or issues involving minors.

While NTC6 aims to assist anyone in need, our capabilities are limited. We can document any assaults you report and contact local authorities on your behalf. Additionally, we can follow your safety protocol as you instruct.

NTC6 operates on a for-profit basis, as we are not a registered charity or NGO and do not receive external funding.
Regrettably, this means we lack the financial resources to provide protection, shelter, or free legal assistance, which local NGOs might offer.

We will not refuse service, but we prefer to be transparent about our limitations to manage your expectations effectively.

Why is your service exclusive only to clients based or traveling to the UK, UAE and Switzerland?

When looking to market our services we looked at the following factors.

1. Financial hubs that attract large numbers of expatriates for business, and work opportunities, but are also popular destinations for travel and tourism.

2. The time zones were another factor we took into consideration with us being based in the EU.

3. We are familiar with all three countries having lived, worked or traveled there frequently.

4. English is spoken officially in the UK and it is widely spoken and understood in the UAE and Switzerland and our service of safe checks is done in the English language ONLY!

How are the safe checks done?

You will decide which method of communication you prefer for safe checks either by direct call or via messaging apps with text or a safe call.

We strongly suggest a safe call.

You can use messaging apps to keep your costs down but if we don't hear from you then it is vital that your mobile number allows you to receive calls directly from us to your mobile.

You will book with us beforehand preferably at least 24 hrs before the day or days you will be needing safe checks done.

Safe checks can be done for business appointments, dates, trips abroad and even your Uber and taxi rides on the day or days you booked.

If I have booked for a safe check for a date but also using Uber to get there must I pay extra for a ride safe check too?

If you have booked for a safe check for a date, or appointment and using Uber or taxi to get there then your ride safe check is complimentary and you will only be charged for the safe check of your date or meeting only.
